Julie Walker

Head of Marketing APAC, Slack

Julie Walker is passionate about marketing technology. Initially trained as an engineer, she has a unique background in global marketing, leadership, strategic planning, building teams and bringing innovative products to market. Her “superpower” is translating technology into compelling stories and she firmly believes that the future of business leadership depends on highly technical and analytical skills no matter what function you’re in.


Julie currently heads the APAC Marketing team for Slack and has previously held leadership roles for tech companies including HP, Agilent Technologies, Cymer, and PaperCut Software. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from The University of Melbourne, has completed post graduate studies at Harvard University, and sits on the board of Vic ICT for Women. When she’s not working, she’s spending time with her family and their labrador, Jake.

Tash de Mallet Hawes is the Director, Audience Solutions APAC, at PubMatic where she leads a commercial team across the region that focuses on building relationships with advertisers, agencies and DSPs.


Tash has lead initiatives to drive revenue growth, build awareness and forge partnerships through education, consultancy & strategic alliance. She brings 10 years of programmatic experience having previously served as Head of Display at Cadreon.

Prue Cox

Director Marketing Solutions ANZ, LinkedIn

Prue is a senior digital media and technology executive with a career that spans over 20 years within digital media & marketing. She has held senior executive roles across global, multinational and start up organisations, specialising in high performance leadership and driving business transformation to deliver commercial results.


Prue joined LinkedIn in November 2017 as Director, Marketing Solutions ANZ. Her role is focused on working with client partners to deliver customer value and drive ROI for their digital marketing strategies.


Previously, Prue has worked across key digital and traditional media brands including Yahoo!, Ninemsn, News Corp & Seven West Media.

Prior to joining Adobe at the end of 2017, Suzanne spent two years leading Experian’s ANZ operations as Managing Director, with proven success in driving high-performance and engagement through a period of significant business transformation.

Bridie Easton

Bridie is a marketing and communications professional with experience in entertainment, music and tech, start-up environments.


She is a strategic and creative thinker and planner, responsible establishing business operations, user acquisition, user retention and internal and external communications across multiple territories.
